Oh My Chai ("we", "us") operates ohmychaius.com, our online ordering, store and the internal Oh My Chai Hub. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and messages.
• Order and account details: items ordered, pickup or shipping info and order history. Card payments are processed by Square and Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
• Job applications, including any résumé you upload.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.

Connected social media accounts

Our internal Hub connects only to Oh My Chai's own TikTok and Instagram business accounts. With our authorization, it reads basic profile info and post statistics (views, likes, comments, shares) and publishes content we create. We do not access, collect or store data from other TikTok users. Access can be revoked at any time from the platform's app settings.

How we use information

• To prepare, fulfill and support your orders.
• To respond to messages, catering requests and applications.
• To send marketing emails if you opt in; you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve our website and content.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business (such as Square, Stripe, shipping carriers and email providers) or when required by law.

Cookies, browser storage and embedded media

Essential cookies and browser storage support shopping carts, account sign-in, checkout, security and your privacy preference. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable these functions. Payment services may use necessary storage for payment processing and fraud prevention when you enter checkout.

Instagram video embeds and Soro blog articles are optional third-party media. We do not load these embeds until you accept optional cookies. Once loaded, their providers receive connection information such as your IP address and device details and may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their privacy policies. Our website fonts are served locally, and Google reviews are retrieved on our server rather than through a browser embed.

You can accept or reject optional media using the privacy banner and change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Changing to Reject stops future embedded-media loads; it cannot remove cookies already set by another provider. You can remove those through your browser settings.

Staff Hub access is not saved in browser storage. Leaving the Hub, hiding its tab, closing the window or reloading requires a fresh personal passcode.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by emailing us.
